With the growing popularity of induction cooking, it's important to get the right rangehood for the job. Induction cooking uses the base of the pan as the heat source rather than the cooking surface, which in turn produces little ambient heat. Less heat means less moisture and steam is evaporated before it reaches the filters which can, in turn, create drops of water that drip back down and into your cooking. This rangehood has the sufficient extraction required to facilitate induction cooking.
